Honey on its own:
Enjoy Stingless Bee Honey directly by the spoonful, or stirred into other foods and drinks, separately from Trikatu.
Important safety note – medication interactions:Trikatu contains Black Pepper and Pippali, natural sources of piperine. Piperine can affect how the body processes certain medications, potentially increasing their absorption or blood levels. If you take any prescription medication, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using Trikatu, this applies even if a herb or supplement is described as traditionally supportive of other formulas, as the same property can affect pharmaceutical medications differently and requires professional guidance.
Additional safety notes:Trikatu is a warming formula; those with a Pitta-dominant or heat-sensitive constitution should use with care and in smaller doses. Please consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use honey for children under 12 months, due to the risk of infant botulism. If you have diabetes or another condition affecting blood sugar, consult your healthcare practitioner regarding honey as part of your individual dietary plan.
