About the Kit

The Triple Pack Essential Oil Healer Kit brings together all three of Kimmana Nichols' signature essential oil blends, one formulated for each of Ayurveda's three doshas, Vata (air and space), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (earth and water). Each blend is a distinct, original aromatic formulation designed by Kimmana, a naturopath and Ayurvedic teacher, inspired by the traditional use of individual botanicals within Ayurvedic and aromatherapy practice. These are Kimmana's own signature formulations, not historic or classical Ayurvedic recipes; each blend draws on herbs with a long history of traditional individual use, brought together into a purpose-built modern aromatic blend.

Vata Blend "Grounded Enlightenment" combines six essential oils, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Lavender, Vetiver, and Ylang Ylang, inspired by the traditional use of warming, grounding botanicals for supporting a calm, centred, and settled experience.

Pitta Blend "Cooling Tranquility" combines six essential oils, Rose, Ylang Ylang, Coriander, Wintergreen, Lavender, and Patchouli, inspired by the traditional use of cooling, calming botanicals for supporting comfortable skin and a settled emotional state.

Kapha Blend "Detoxifying Invigoration" combines six essential oils, Basil, Bergamot, Cajeput, Camphor, Ginger, and Rosemary, inspired by the traditional use of warming, light, and penetrating botanicals for supporting a feeling of lightness and natural motivation.

Together, this kit gives you a complete aromatic toolkit, one blend for grounding, one for cooling, and one for uplifting, so you always have the right aromatic support on hand, whatever the day calls for.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the Triple Pack Essential Oil Healer Kit? +

The kit includes all three of Kimmana's signature blends: Vata Blend "Grounded Enlightenment," Pitta Blend "Cooling Tranquility," and Kapha Blend "Detoxifying Invigoration," each available in 5ml or 15ml.

Are these traditional Ayurvedic formulas? +

No. Each blend is an original aromatic formulation designed by Kimmana Nichols, a naturopath and Ayurvedic teacher. While every individual botanical in these blends has a long history of traditional use within Ayurveda and aromatherapy, the specific six-oil combinations themselves are Kimmana's own signature creations, not historic or classical recipes.

How do I know which blend to use? +

Choose based on how you're feeling in the moment rather than trying to identify a fixed constitution. Reach for Vata Blend when feeling scattered, restless, or cold. Reach for Pitta Blend when feeling overheated, irritable, or intense. Reach for Kapha Blend when feeling heavy, sluggish, or unmotivated. Many people rotate between all three depending on the season, time of day, or how they feel.

Can I use more than one blend in the same day? +

Yes, many people use different blends at different times of day, for example Kapha Blend in the morning for uplift, and Vata Blend in the evening for grounding. Avoid diffusing more than one blend in the same space at the same time, to keep each blend's aromatic character clear.

Are all three blends safe to use together? +

Each blend has its own specific safety considerations, the Pitta Blend contains Wintergreen (avoid with salicylate allergies, blood thinners, or during pregnancy), and the Kapha Blend contains Camphor and Bergamot (avoid during pregnancy, use caution with asthma, epilepsy, or young children, and avoid sun exposure after topical use). Please review the safety notes for each blend before use, they are not interchangeable from a safety perspective even though they can be used within the same daily routine.

Is this kit suitable for someone new to essential oils or Ayurveda? +

Yes, the kit is a thoughtful way to explore all three dosha-inspired aromatic profiles at once and discover which resonates most with you, without needing prior knowledge of Ayurveda. Start with the diffuser method for each blend to become familiar with their distinct characters before exploring topical use.
