Directions for Use
• Standard preparation: 500 mg – 2 grams (approximately ¼ to ½ teaspoon), three times per day in warm water before meals, or as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
• With warm water before meals: Mix 500 mg – 2 grams into 30–50 ml of warm water and drink 10–15 minutes before eating.
• With warm ghee: For a more traditional Vata-calming preparation, mix with a small amount of warm ghee before meals. Ghee is traditionally used in Ayurveda as an Anupana (carrier).
• As a culinary spice blend: Use as an aromatic spice blend for coating vegetables before roasting or stir-frying, or adding to dals, soups, and lentil dishes.
• Daily use: Traditionally used as an ongoing daily digestive routine rather than a short-term intervention.
• Note: If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking anything prescribed by a doctor, it's best to check with them before use. Those with a naturally warm, Pitta-dominant constitution may prefer to check with an Ayurvedic practitioner before use, as this formula's warming nature is traditionally designed for Vata and Kapha constitutions.
