He created this formula because he repeatedly saw the colon as the most important organ to strengthen in the body. Because it is the seat of vata (nervous system intelligence) all major detoxification channels leave via the colon. The colon and digestive system is often inflamed and over time leaky gut results with excessive toxins leaking into the blood and body.

Apana Prana is intended to bind digestive toxins and re-establish healthy gut lining. It is gentle enough to be taken every day.
